Police operations at Akwa Ibom have arrested four alleged troublemakers in the state.
Spokesman for the State Police Command, Timfon John, revealed this in a statement on Friday at UYO.
John stated that the suspects were arrested on July 15, following an attack on two exhaust sites in the Capital of the State.
According to him, a large number of alleged stolen government and public property were found in the attack.
John said: “The operation began at around 16:45 on July 15, and a suspect was arrested during a separate attack giving the leading information of the operators to the location where stolen goods were sold.

“Acting based on this intelligence, around 9:00 pm on the same day, the operators of the commando raided two dump memos.
“During the raid, three additional suspects were arrested.
“The pieces of generator set, which allegedly damaged the government’s aluminum power cable, roof sheet, and a burning copper electric cable were found from the suspects.
“Other restored items include a series of various sizes of spanner, about half a pocket of 5-inch nails, empty 5kg gas cylinders, galvanized pipes and corner stems.”
