75 -year -old man anchored for alleged violations in Oyo

The police on Wednesday charged a 75 -year -old man, Samuel Ogundepo, at the judge court Iyaganku in Ibadan, State Oyo, due to alleged violations.

Ogundepo was charged with behavior that is likely to cause violations of peace, which he claimed to be innocent.

Prosecutor, Corporal. David Adepoju, told the court that the defendant committed a violation on April 22 at Alalubosa Estate in Ibadan.

Adepoju said the defendant did himself in a way that might cause a violation of peace by forming disturbances in the land mentioned above.

He added that violations violated part 249 (d) from the Criminal Law of the State of Oyo, 2000.

Judge, Ny. Kausarat Ayofe, provides guarantees to the defendant in the number of N200,000 and two guarantees in the same amount.

He postponed this case until September 25 for hearing.
