Naira obtained N0.17 against the dollar in the official window

The Nigerian currency, Naira, appreciated further the US dollar in the official window on Friday.

The Nigerian Central Bank (CBN) from foreign exchange data shows that Naira is closed on N1, 533.56/$ 1 compared to N1, 533.73/$ 1 which is traded on Thursday.

This represents profit N0.17 for local currencies against American Greenback.

In the black market, Naira, once again closed flat against the dollar to be traded in N1.570/$ 1.

Naira obtained N5 against British pounds to trade at N2.105/£ 1 compared to the previous day level N2.110/£ 1.

Naira continued to close flatly against Canadian dollars to trade at N1.200/Ca $ 1.

Naira obtained N5 against Euro to trade in ₦ 1,780/€ 1 compared to the previous day level ₦ 1,785/€ 1.
