Now, Broos are expected to cut the squad to 23 closer to the dates of these two crucial accessories.

Bafana Bafana heads the classification of group C with 13 points of six games followed by Rwanda that has eight points.

The Super Eagles are fourth at seven points after six games played.

In the reverse match between the Super Eagles and Bafana Bafana, a goal in the second half of Fisayo Dele-Bashiru helped the Nigerian team to a 1-1 draw in Uyo.
