Kaduna APC members unanimously support Tinubu for 2027

Members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kaduna State have unanimously endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the party’s presidential candidate for the 2027 general elections.

The affirmation exercise was conducted in all 255 constituencies of the 23 local government areas of the state, with party members and stakeholders turning out in large numbers to support the President’s re-election bid.

Officials from the Independent National Electoral Commission monitored the process together with party representatives to ensure compliance with electoral guidelines.

The endorsement attracted participation from all senatorial districts in the South, Central and North, reflecting broad intra-party support in the state.

Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani, who monitored parts of the exercise, described the process as a show of unity and confidence in Tinubu’s leadership.

He commended the party members for their orderly conduct and high voter turnout, stressing that the operation underlined the APC’s preparedness ahead of the upcoming general elections.

According to him, the approval reflects the growing internal cohesion and commitment to support the party’s leadership at the national level.

He urged members to remain united and strengthen grassroots mobilization as preparations for 2027 intensify.

The exercise concluded peacefully, while the collection of results is underway across the state. The final outcome is expected to be presented by Governor Sani to the Presidential Primary Committee of the APC in Abuja.
