Lionel Messi has helped his country Argentina retain their Copa America title after they beat Colombia 1-0 in the final on Monday morning.
The Inter Miami star was substituted after he suffered an injury while chasing the ball in the second half.
But defending champions Argentina held on and eventually grabbed the winner in the 112th minute through Lautaro MartÃnez.

The match was marred by chaos outside the stadium which delayed play for 80 minutes.
After 90 minutes of goalless play, Argentina continued to press to beat Colombia and win their 16th Copa America.
Now, Messi has won three international trophies, is considered the greatest footballer of all time, and has also won the FIFA World Cup in 2022.
