Accusation of infidelity: Soludo refuses the apologies of Ekwunife …

Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo of the State of Anambra and his wife, dr. Nonye Soludo, they fired as “another manufacture”, according to what reported, the excuses accredited to senator UCC ekwunife for his defamatory observations against them.

The declaration entitled “presented excuse of Senator Ekwunife: another manufacture suitable for the basket”, said that the unscrupulous apologies, which is presumed to come from the organization of the Ekwunife campaign “were suspicious, misleading and inadequate.

According to Opena, there was no countryside body since the government ticket of Ekwunife was joined with the candidate to the Governor of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the state of Anambra.

“The publication that claims to be an excuse for the defamatory declarations made against the governor and his wife personally by Senator Ekwunife does not seem to have issued by the senator herself, given that his defamatory declarations were made directly through registered videos and leaked audio conversation”, says the note.

The governor’s helper insisted that any retraction or excuse must come directly from Ekwunife, using the same channels through which offensive observations were made.

“The so -called excuses have never referred to the initial video and audio of Madam Ekwunife, but instead concentrated on an unformed article. This indicates only its complicity, directly or indirectly, like the source of the article. It implies that no real excuse was understood or tender,” said Opera.

The governor’s office also recalled that First Lady, Dr. Nonye Soludo, had previously challenged Ekwunife to get rid of two issues: first of all, oath before the blessed sacrament that affirmed loyalty to his marriage; And secondly, to submit his children to a DNA test, together with the children of the Soludos, to refute the accusations of infidelity.

“Any contacted excuse must follow a personal and direct retraction of his defamatory declarations,” said Opera, adding, “slander or defamation directly by an individual cannot be fired by any agent or prosecutor”.

Describing the apologies as “another gossip of non -proven social media”, the Soludo administration said that it would proceed as if the document never existed, while asking for a clear and unequivocal retraction from Ekwunife itself. [Daily Post]
