The president on Saturday scolded the African Democratic Congress (ADC) for his criticism of the burial of the state giving the deceased former President Muhammadu Buhari.
ADC in a statement issued by the Secretary of the Temporary National Publicity, Bolaji Abdullahi, accused the administration of the Tinubu Bola President to politicize the death of Buhari.
However, in a very words that read out in Abuja, a special advisor about the media and public communication to the President, Sunday Dare, described ADC criticism as “opportunistic, dishonest, and discouraged politically.”
He said: “The latest explosion from the African Democratic Congress (ADC) regarding the funeral of the state of the former President of Buhari is none other than opportunistic exercises in the anger produced.
“This is an ridiculous tantrum that is not combined with badly holding a straw for relevance that will never be achieved.
“This is not the first time ADC, in his sad effort and stuttering for Reinvention, has embarrassed himself with empty criticism and seeking attention and press release.”

The former Sports Minister believes that ADC, not the government, is a person who sought political distance from the death of Buhari.
“Let it say clearly: ADC is the person who exploits the death of Buhari for political attention, not this government.
“They have chosen to dance in their grave for their relevance.
“From Atiku and the arrival of the El-Rufai choreography in Daura, welcomed with songs that are trying to make political capital from the current KEKHIDATAN, to this embarrassing press statement, ADC has shown itself at all shameless.
“For clarity, the administration of President Tinubu is not discouraged or looking for cheap popularity,” Dare added.
He stressed that the funeral of Buhari was dignified, honorable, and attracted national and global attention.
“World leaders emerged, millions of people adjusted, and even the ADC promoter had prancing around the Daura such as an excited real estate agent,” he said.
