With his official separation with Nollywood, Grace-Charis Bassey, who was once known in the film circle as Belinda Effah, has ended the chapter in his acting career.
After more than ten years as a prominent figure in the Nigerian film industry, the actress announced her resignation to pursue new personal and professional efforts.
After successfully completing the US Navy training camp and getting US citizenship, Grace Charis Bassey officially exchanged the film script with military lines.

In the new Instagram post that was shared on his page, he revealed that priority changes in his life and deeper spiritual transformation were the reasons behind his decision.
After changing his name and adopting a more religious personality, he has been outspoken about changing the direction and pursuing the path that is consistent with his goals and ideals that are found again.
“First, all the glory for God. Last week, I graduated from the US Navy Training Camp as a sailor and took an oath as a citizen of the United States. This trip was not easy, but I brought my roots, my beliefs, and my vision every step from a better path. Bassey Effah”. He wrote.
