The National Chairperson of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), David Mark, said that on Tuesday that the party under his leadership would not tolerate the imposition of candidates, anti-party activities, and other forms of non-discipline.
He stated this at the meeting of the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the party in Abuja.
Mark also promised to serve parties with integrity, transparency, courage, and vision.
He acknowledged that patriotism, sacrifice, and dedication of former national party leaders, Head of Ralph Nwosu, and his team, in building ADCs for years and to release party leadership for the interests of the state.
He also praised all leaders and members who contributed to party growth and convinced them that his leadership would be fair and fair.
“I convince you that under my leadership, we will be committed to the practice and principles of full democracy that coercion and privileges that hate. Internal democracy, transparency, and accountability will be our mantra.

“We will guarantee collective leadership at all levels. We will build technical competent bureaucracy for the party and ensure structured financing. All members will truly have a party.
“We will change the structure of our grassroots leadership to reflect modern reality. From the voting unit, to the national level, each organ will be re -put in,” the former Senate president stated.
Mark also promised inclusion for young people and women.
“The policy, nomination, and role of our leadership will reflect the inclusion of children and women who are meaningful and not just tokenism.
“This is why we have ordered 35 percent of our leadership position for women. This is also our commitment to have young people under the age of 40 years in our leadership,” he added.
