The 24-year-old completed his transfer from Hapoel Jerusalem on July 2.
Adeleye expressed his gratitude to his new club: “I am grateful for this opportunity and I would say it is a privilege to be here. I believe a lot in the team and I hope we have an extraordinary season.”
The B-United Football Academy product also extended his thanks to his former team.
“A big thank you to Hapoel Jerusalem for their support and motivation. The good six years I spent with the club were not in vain,” Adeleye said.
Adeleye joined Hapoel Katamon in 2018 from the B-United Football Academy in Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos and has one full international cap for the Nigerian Super Eagles.
He joins compatriot Francis Uzoho in the Cypriot League.
