AI scale sued former employees, his rival Mercor for the alleged client

According to the complaint, the scale of accusing that former employees utilized people’s knowledge about client relationships and pricing strategies to help Mercor attract central contracts from the company’s business.

The lawsuit claimed employees, who were hired by Mercor, “Steal more than 100 secret documents about the customer strategy of scale and other ownership rights information.”

Surya Midha, one of the founders of Mercor, admitted that Ling might have access to several scale data, but he disagreed that his company used it.

“While Mercor has employed many people who leave the scale, we are not interested in the scale trade secrets and, in reality deliberately run our business in a different way. Eugene tells us that he has old documents on a personal Google Drive, which we have never accessed and is now investigating,” Midha said in a statement that was held.

“We reached a scale of six days ago, offering Eugene destroying files or reaching different resolutions, and we are now waiting for their responses,” Midha said.

This lawsuit underlines how fierce competition is in the AI ​​service market that is growing fast, where companies are competing to secure profitable partnerships with Fortune 500 clients.
