Efe Ajagba could potentially square off against the formidable Chinese heavyweight behemoth, Zhilei Zhang, in his upcoming fight.

Ajagba set the stage for this showdown by halting Joseph Goodall in Nevada, United States, on Sunday morning.

 

 

He displayed his punching power by ending the bout within the first few minutes of the fourth round.

 

With this victory, Ajagba, the retained his WBC Silver heavyweight belt, and now boasts an impressive record of 19 wins and 1 loss, with 14 knockouts to his name.

According to Sky Sports, promoters are now working on a fight between him and Zhilei Zhang.

Zhang had a huge 2023 after back to back stoppage wins over Olympic silver medal winner Joe Joyce.

The victories had made Zhang a top contender in the division and fight could be agreed both fighters are happy with terms and conditions.
