That woman, who works Tate In his online webcam business, accusing him threatening him every day.
She is one of the four women who have launched civil claims against Tate in England, with accusations including rape, attack and coercion control.
A spokesman Tate said he “firmly denied” the accusation.
In a statement, the spokesman said: “Mr Tate firmly denied the accusations that had not been proven and had not been tested.
“Specifically, he denied ever threatening anyone with firearms, involved in non-consensual actions or making every individual experience physical or psychological damage.
“This is a civilian claim, brought for years after the alleged event and following the decision of CPS (Crown Prosecution Services) not to submit criminal claims.
“It is very unsettling that graphics and one -sided account are being published before the judicial assessment occurs.
“This type of reporting damages the assumption of innocence and forms public perception in a way that is basically unfair.
“We have seen other famous cases where the same serious accusations collapsed under supervision – but only after the reputation loss that could not be improved had been carried out.
“Mr Tate will defend himself enthusiastically and remain sure the truth will win.”
Civil action was launched at the High Court in London last week, and the preliminary hearing will be held next week.
In a court document, he described the accusation as “a packet of lies”, and in a detailed response says: “There may be a toy gun in a flat.”
The woman worked for Tate in Luton in 2015 and claimed damage to “attacks, batteries and/or deliberate misery, including rape”.

Tate, 37, and his brother Tristan, 35, faced trials in Romania, where they have lived for the past two years, with charges of sexual exploitation and human trafficking.
Romanian authorities have agreed that after completing their own criminal justice process, brothers and sisters can be extracted to Britain with accusations of rape and human trafficking.
Brothers, who have citizenship with Britain and the US, are also under criminal investigations in Florida, where they visited recently after a Romanian judge raised a travel ban on them.
They are currently in Dubai, but must return to Romania.
The four women claimed that Tate strangled them during sex, and two developed red spots from the capillary burst in their eyes from asphyxia.
In an interview with Sky News last year, one of the prosecutors said he had sex with Tate during a normal relationship with him, but once lost consciousness when he strangled him.
He said: “We have sex and he put his hand in my throat and strangled me until I lost consciousness. And when I came, he was still having sex with me, still above me.
“The next day, all white was completely red in one of my eyes. I looked for it after that and it was only a lack of oxygen to your brain where your blood vessels began to explode to try and put more oxygen into your brain. That’s quite scary.”
He said he did not call the police because he was young, inexperienced and did not realize how dangerous the meeting was.
