APC campaign committee vows to enlist support of professionals for governorship victory on September 21

 

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Edo State Campaign Council Professionals Committee has said it would work tirelessly to secure significant support from professionals in the state for the party’s victory in the governorship election.

In a nomination meeting convened at the Party Secretariat, Ikpokpan Road, Benin City, on Saturday, under the leadership of the Director, Dr. Elizabeth Ebosele, the committee finalized plans and assigned responsibilities to members of its sub-committees for the 2024 elections.

The committee stressed the importance of winning the Edo State gubernatorial election and pledged to use its vast network to secure the commitment of professional associations in Edo State.

Among those present were representatives of various professional associations in Edo State, the Director, Mrs. Elizabeth Ebosele; the Deputy Director, Honourable Osaretin Edosomwan; the Assistant Director, Dr. Tawa Idubor; the Assistant Secretary of State, Honourable Sam Oboh and
Committee members.

Some APC chieftains, Chief Osahon Airhunmwunde and Dr. Paddy Emmanuel Iyamu, Barr. Douglas Ogbankwa, Convener of Professionals for MODEN; Honourable John Akhigbe, Sub-Committee of Professionals on Outreach and Mobilisation, joined the delegation of dignitaries to share ideas and strategies with the committee to ensure a successful outcome for Senator Monday Okpebholo and the APC in the 2024 gubernatorial election.

A statement announcing the outcome of the meeting was signed by Hon. Tanko Ileogben,
Secretary of the Professionals Committee.
