Secretary of the Publicity of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the State of Ogun, Mr. Tunde Oladunjoye, is dead.
He died in England after a prolonged illness on Friday.
The deceased family delivered the news in a statement on Friday night.
The statement reads: “With deep sadness and total surrender to the Divine will of God Almighty, we announced the death of the father, husband, brother and honorable leader, Alhaji Abdulraheem Olatunde Ayinde Oladunjoye, who returned to his master on Friday, April 4, 2025.” “
Reacting to the news, the Governor of the State of Ogun, Prince Dapo Abiodun, described the death of Oladunjoye as a destroying loss for the party and the state.
Meanwhile, Governor Dapo Abiodun has expressed sadness over the death of the APC spokesman.

In a statement in Abeokuta, Governor Abiodun regretted that Oladunjoye died in his heyday.
“Receiving news about the departure of our party spokesman and consultant who is very much in mind, and work hard, Tunde Oladunjoye, is very destroyed for me. This is a tragic news that is difficult to understand.
“Oladunjoye never believed in half a step. He defended the program, policy, and image of the Ogun state government with unusual dedication. He is an effective and excellent spokesperson whose brilliance has never been doubted,” the governor said.
