The All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state of Lagos has reacted to criticism of the federal government by the Governor of the State of Bauchi, Bala Mohammed.
Mohammed has, for a week, accusing APC and the Federal government of prioritizing politics rather than government ahead of the 2027 election.
However, in a statement on Friday, the APC publicity secretary in the state, Seye Oladejo, insisted that the party was not disturbed in 2027 Politicking.
The spokesman, which described the claim as a wrong explosion of frustrated opposition, said President Bola Tinubu and APC remained committed to the governance agenda.
He said: “Tinubu, APC remains fully focused on the agenda of governance – with brave reforms in the economy, security, infrastructure, and institutional development.
“This government has chosen to face difficult challenges to build directly, while some in busy opposition in the media and pursuing shadows.

“We also urge Governor Mohammed to look at Lagos as an example of what can be achieved by consistent, visionary, and people under the APC.
“Governance is not a press statement; this is a hard work to give real results.
“APC was not disturbed in 2027. When the time for the election arrived, our performance will be our campaign.”
He urged the governor to direct his energy towards the state government instead of -the attackless attack on the APC and the federal government.
“We encourage Governor Mohammed to channel his energy to handle the urgent development needs of both people in the state of Bauchi,” Oladejo concluded.
