The National Youth Leader of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Mr Eze Chukwueze, on Sunday urged the Abia State Governor, Alex Otti, to return to the party.
Chukwu, who made the call in a statement in Abuja, described APGA as Otti’s “real political home”. He reminded the governor that the party had once realized his political aspirations and provided the basis for his election victory in the past.
He emphasized that Otti’s leadership style, people-oriented reforms and reform-driven agenda are in line with the ideals and philosophy of governance that APGA has upheld since its inception.
The youth leader highlighted the party’s mantra of being your brother’s keeper, and stated that Otti’s approach to governance reflects APGA’s core values.

Chukwu said that APGA maintains good relations with the All Progressives Congress (APC), positioning the party as a partner in progress and not an enemy.
He warned that joining another political party at this stage could expose Otti to unnecessary political challenges, while returning to APGA would protect his interests and agenda.
Chukwu noted that Otti’s friend, Governor Charles Soludo of Anambra State, had forged a productive relationship with President Bola Tinubu, which strengthened APGA’s position as a secure political platform.
He said the APGA leadership was young at heart,
dynamic, forward-thinking, committed to growth, progressive policies, and aligned with national governance goals.
