Sunday Bukayo Saka is intended for Miss Arsenal at Liverpool and the qualifications of the World Cup in England against Andorra and Serbia next month.
The 23 -year -old went with an injury to the knee tendon in Saturday’s victory against Leeds United and it is estimated that the striker will not be available for a maximum of four weeks.
The captain of Arsenal Martin Odegaard is doubtful for the match at Anfield following a shoulder injury suffered in Victory against Leeds.
Odegaard seemed to be made while he was replaced in the first half of the 5-0 victory and the former Real Madrid striker left Emirates Stadium with his shoulder in a slingshot.
The director of Norway has not yet been excluded from the match against the champions of the Premier League and there is optimism at Arsenal that neither the 26 year old or Saka will be long -term victims.
There is a particular relief regarding Saka, who lost three months last season with an injury to the knee tendon.
Arsenal has a much deeper pool of attacker talents this season, after signing Viktor Gyokeres, Noni Madueke and Eberechi Eze this summer.
The manager of Gunners Mikel Arte also has Gabriel Martinelli, Leandro Trossard, Ethan Nwaneri and Max Dowman to mitigate the absences of Saka and Odegaard.
