The United States singer Chris Brown was granted the deposit by a London court, in the United Kingdom, for the accusation of serious aggression.
Brown was granted the deposit on Wednesday 21 May 2025, after having promised to pay a security commission of 5 million pounds ($ 6.7 million), clarify the road to the start of his world tour.
Brown was accused of inflicting serious physical damage in what public ministries said they were a “attack not caused” on the music producer Abraham Diaw with a bottle of Tequila in a disco in London in 2023.
The 36 -year -old singer has not yet been asked to insert an appeal to the charge.
He was not present at the Southwark Crown Court when the judge Tony Baumgartner granted him the deposit.
The R&B star, twice winner of the Grammy Award, will begin its “Breezy Bowl XX” tour on June 8 in the Netherlands.
Brown was arrested in a hotel in Manchester, north of England last week after returning to Great Britain for the first time from the accident two years ago.
Initially he was refused his deposit on Friday, but the deposit was granted on Wednesday on condition that he pays 4 million pounds with another 1 million pounds expiring in seven days.
Brown also had to surrender to the passport, except when he travels for his tour, reported Reuters.
He will appear after the Southwark Crown Court in London on June 20.
