Awoniyi, Aina Missing As Nottingham Forest, Luton Town

Super Eagles duo of Taiwo Awoniyi and Ola Aina were missing in action as Nottingham Forest defeated Luton Town 1-0 in Saturday’s Premier League.

Awoniyi, who has made 17 appearances, has netted six goals and bagged three assists this ongoing season for Nottingham Forest.

The visitor took the lead in the 34th minute through Chris Wood’s brilliant right foot shot.

With the game looking like it would end in goal, Luton leveled parity in the 89th minute through Luke Berry’s goal to send the home supporters into ecstasy.

The draw means Nottingham Forest sit 15th on 27 points while Luton Town sit 18th on 21 points in the league table.
