Bandit killed two, kidnaping 60 as revenge for the killing of Kingpins in Zamfara

At least two people have been confirmed killed with 60 others who were kidnapped in the Tsafe regional government in the state of Zamfara after the bandit was said to be loyal at the end of Kingpin, Kachalla and Idahu alias Yellow who was killed last month by the rival gang, carrying out a mission of revenge.

Security and counter-sighed expert in the Lake Chad region, Zagazola Makama who reported news about X on Wednesday, said the bandits had launched a series of attacks on several communities on the council on Tuesday night, killing two people and kidnapped more than 60 others.

And Menuhu who was the famous bandit commander and younger brother from another kingpin, Ado Alero, was shot dead in the market and Jibga in the Tsafe area of ​​the Zamfara state government by armed people who were loyal to other bandit warlords, Dogo Gide, during the attack that failed on members of the Community of the Zamfara Community Protection.

He was reportedly killed with his nephew, Adamu, who was the biological son of Aliero.

At the post, Makama said:
“In the latest attack that occurred in the village of Gidan Arne, three residents were shot by bandits. Two died on the spot, while the third received treatment at a secret hospital.

“Residents confirmed that around 40 women were kidnapped during the attack, and several houses were burned.

“On the same day, another attack was launched on the Keta community. One person was killed, 11 vehicles were burned, and many shops were looted by attackers.

“A community leader from Tsafe, who asked not to be named, confirmed the attack and revealed that additional coordinated attacks were carried out a few days earlier in the villages of Yan Doton Daji and Unguwan Chida.

“He said 21 people were kidnapped-11 in Yan Doton Daji and 10 in Unguwan Chida, near the city of Kuceri.

“Tsafe is a gentle target for bandits because of the dense forest in the area. These forests function as hiding places for some famous kingpins, especially Adamu Aleiero and Dogo Gide.

“According to him, the attack was an act of retaliation for the new loss that was suffered by the bandits. Security operations have recorded several success in the ongoing operation against the bandits, especially in our forests. They eliminated several major leaders, including Yellow, who was known for his brutality and blood thirst.

“She is a younger brother -Aloero. This retaliation attack is being arranged by Loyalists ALIERO.

“Zamfara remains one of the bandits epicenter in the northwestern region. Rural communities throughout the state have experienced a unfavorable brutal attack, which leads to the murder and abduction of inacculated innocent villagers.

“In many regions, Bandits have imposed levies on residents before allowing them to harvest their plants. Those who are unable or unwilling to pay frequently faced violence, including attacks and destruction of their livelihoods,” he said.
