Boniface Impresses As Leverkusen Overcome Freiburg

Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface was in action for Bayer Leverkusen who defeated Freiburg 2-1 in Sunday’s Bundesliga game, completesports.com reports.

It is now nine league games without defeat for Leverkusen this season, winning eight and drawing one.

They usurp Bayern Munich at the top of the log and are on 25 points, just two points above the Bundesliga.

Boniface was on from the start before he was replaced in the 90th minute.
