A British woman has been stabbed to death in the capital of Cambodia Phnom Penh, the police said.
Local media has appointed the victim as Jessica Cariiad Hopkins who is 34 years old.
Deputy Commissioner General and Police Commissioner Phnom Penh Chuon Narin said the victim was found dead with a stab wound near a popular park in the Chamkarmon district of the capital on Friday.
A 33 -year -old woman, also believed to be a foreign citizen, was arrested in connection with stabbing on Saturday afternoon.
Mr Narin said the motive for the murder was believed to be a love triangle.
Foreign offices, Commonwealth and Development said they supported the families of victims and were related to local authorities.
