Seriously, anytime you're depicting the court scenario, please try and make it professional. Go to real courts, watch criminal matters and let the court prosecutors answer your questions. No real court session is conducted like this. When the police take any suspect to court to charge him for any crime. The police (ipo) will first register the matter at the registry where it will be assign to a magistrate and given a charge number and the case file. The police will then take the suspect to the court where the case is assigned, locate the court registrar and prosecutor, and give them the case file with the charge sheet respectively. When court sit after the Magistrate is ready to take the fresh cases: the court registrar will then call the case by it's name and charge number (the police is not to call the case), the the suspect answer from his sit by saying "sir" and then walks into the dock. The court registrar then pick the charge sheet, walks up to the suspect and ask him, "what language do you understand?" do you want your case here or at the high court?" the susoect will reply here. Then the registrar reads his charge(s) to him, after which the accused will reply by saying either guilty or not guilty. These above procedure is refers to as "taken the plea of the suspect." thereafter, his lawyer lawyer stands to do the next appropriate thing, according to the plea of his client (the suspect). The magistrate here looks unserious and clumsy by his communications with the suspect (shaggi) which ought not to be. The court is a place where seriousness and discipline is instilled on any errant person. In this skit, no court registrar, no police (ipo), no court prosecutor. Only a court Audley that serve as the registrar as well. A magistrate should not as well use insulting and derogatory word. Shaggi might as well be charge for disobedience to the court rules. The only correct thing is the song.
