Brother anchored because of the alleged land grabbing in Oyo

The police on Friday charged two siblings, Mohammed Osian and Yunusa Osian, at the judges of Iyaganku in Ibadan, the state of Oyo, due to alleged land grabbing.

The sibling was charged with a conspiracy, forcibly entered, and made the possibility of causing violations of peace.

However, they claimed to be innocent for the accusation.

Prosecutor, Insp. Adeshina Folationmi told the court that the defendants committed violations around 2024 in Yemetu, Ibadan.

He accused that the defendants forcibly entered the land of Ny. Dolapo Adeosun, and then prevented him from entering the land that belonged to his late father.

Fargolanmi said the defendants did themselves in a way that might cause violations of peace by being involved in the action.

According to him, the violation was contrary to sections 516, 81, and 249 (D) of the Criminal Law of the State of Oyo, 2000.

Judge, Ny. Oluwabusayo Osho, provides guarantees to the defendants in the number of N500,000 each and with each of two supersies in the same amount.

He postponed this case until June 18 for hearing.
