David Adonri, a exchange agent, urged the Nigerians to embrace investments in the capital market as a practicable means to guarantee their financial future and create sustainable wealth.

Adonri, vice president of Highcap Securities, made the call in an interview with the Nigeria (Nan) news agency Sunday in Lagos.

He said that investments have led to purchase activities that generate returns, describing it as a reliable vehicle to multiply wealth and achieve long -term financial objectives.

According to him, the capital market offers a wide range of products that meet the different investment investment objectives.

He said that the divisibility of negotiated activities on the market allows investors to partially go out every time they require money.

He advised investors to always take into consideration the inclusion of the tools of the monetary market in their wallet to meet short -term liquidity needs without jeopardizing their long -term investment plans.

Adonri said that the capital market remains rigorously regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (sec) and other self -regulation organizations to safeguard the interests of investors.

However, he warned the public to be wary of the Ponzi patterns, describing them as fraudulent agreements designed to frowe the unsuspecting people.

“With the new Investment and Securities Act 2025, the century has been authorized to manage the promoters of Ponzi patterns definitely.

“However, investors are advised to control any financial system that promises outrageous returns and requests authorized stock exchange agents,” he said.

Adonri reiterated the need for investors to conduct due diligence before committing funds in any system.

He said that only the investments of the legitimate capital market could guarantee the creation of long -term wealth and financial safety.
