The legend of Liverpool, Jamie Carragher, has criticized the fans of the Reds for booing Trent Alexander-Arnold against Arsenal in Anfield in the game of the Premier League on Sunday.
Alexander-Arnold is expected to leave Liverpool at the end of the season after accepting Real Madrid.
However, he was repeatedly booed while he was in possession during the second half, since the Arsenal fought two goals despite ending 10 men after the late Red Card of Mikel Merino.
Speaking after the game, Carragher declared that Alexander-Arnold deserves a better treatment of Liverpool fans.

“That is the story of the game. We’ll talk about that after the game, and the posterior pages of each newspaper tomorrow,” said Carragher.
“I am surprised how many. When you are in a multitude of 60,000, there is no doubt that there are many unhappy people in Liverpool about the situation, and I said it is understandable.
“But for me, I don’t think any player who puts on that red shirt, go out to play for the club and try to win points or win the trophies should be booed.”
“I understand, there are many evils, and some people outside the Liverpool will not be able to understand that. I do it.
“But booing one of your own players while playing is not for me.
