Celebrity Chef Nigeria Hilda Bacci Set for Jollof Rice’s efforts to break the record (video)

Nigerian celebrity chef and former Guinness World record holder, Hilda Baci, were determined for Jollof Rice’s efforts to break other records at Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos.

Baci, who made this known in an Instagram post on Friday, convinced fans and food fans that he was ready to try another world record by cooking the biggest jollof rice pot.

In an Instagram post accompanied by a video, a chef born in the state Akwa Ibom was seen washing a six -meter width pot using branded detergent before the event began while convincing his fans that he intended to use a pot for Jollof Nice’s efforts to break the record.

The event, according to him, was held in a partnership with the Bumbu Gino brand, and was expected to attract more than 20,000 people because Baci tried to cook the largest Nigerian jollof rice pan in the world.

“Yes, I can officially confirm this pot clean clean! I personally roll up my sleeve and wash it myself,” he wrote at the post.

“In just a few hours, this same pot will be home to thousands of Nigeria Jollof History in manufacturing.

“I know you might take out your eyeballs. Why is he in the pan? The reason I in the pan now is because I need to wash the pan.

“I can convince you that once I finished washing the inside of the pan and I have gotten rid of all the liquids, I will rinse it again, and I have a new mopstick that I will use to clean it once again before we use it to cook for you. This will be the most amazing and hygienic food you have ever eaten,” he said.

Baci became the headlines in May 2023 after completing the 100 -hour cooking marathon in Lagos, an achievement that received his global recognition through Guinness World Records.
