Coalition against Tinubu: Iner Ada replies

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INC) is developing the request for registration of a new political party, All Democratic Alliance (Ada) for the General Elections of 2027.

The Commission declared him in a letter signed by his secretary, Rose Orira-Anthony, aimed at the National President of Protam of Ada, Capo Akin Ricketts, dated 27 June 2025.

Opposition leaders, on June 19, presented Ada for registration by Incen to become a political party. The Commission had also recognized the receipt of the registration application.

In the letter addressed to the National President of Protem of Ada, the electoral body said: “Your letter dated 19 June 2025 on the topic above is recognized. The Commission is developing the demand in line with the provisions of Part 1 clause 2 (II) of our regulations and guidelines for political parties 2022.”

One of Ada’s key calls, dr. UCA UCA, he praised Incen to live up to the Nigerian expectations by responding to their request within five days of his presentation.

“The positive reaction of the Inc since Ada submitted its application is encouraging. Within five days from the presentation, the Commission came out with clear statements that indicate its impartiality and readiness to do the right thing and published all the associations applied.

“And within a week, we received a letter of recognition to our question and in the certainty that was developed.

“With this reaction, the success or failure of our application is now based exclusively on the coalition group. All we have to be recorded in the shortest possible time are two things – respecting the requirements of the law in full and, from our belonging, to demonstrate to the inac and to the Nigerians who are truly able to form a political party that can win all the elections in the country.

And this can only be reached if the coalition group remains united, “he said.
