The court is scheduled for July 5 to hear the case seeking to remove Ganduje as APC chairman.

The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Wednesday postponed the hearing of a case seeking to remove from office the national president of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Abdullahi Ganduje, until July 5.

The court, presided over by Justice Inyang Ekwo, adjourned to allow the litigants to respond to a counter-affidavit filed by the APC Chairman to challenge the jurisdiction of the case.
