Despite enormous allocations, Sokoto’s local advice become poorer – President of the PDP

The president of the Democratic Party Peoples (PDP) Sokoto State Chapter, Alhaji Mohammed Belonyo, has accused the Administration All Progressive Congress APC in Sokoto of starving on the advice of the local government despite the enormous allocations from the story of the Federation

“In the state of Sokoto, the security situation has worsened. The killings, kidnapping and mutilated of innocent citizens have become a daily deal under the government led by the APC and there are no significant actions.

“Leaders are insensitive to the difficult situation of the victims even the condolences that the victims could not obtain from the people who sworn to protect them

“This administration is anti-popular and anti-progless. From demolition companies not to be able to create a favorable environment for companies to thrive,” said the president

He said the PDP remains the party to beat in the state of Sokoto and Nigeria.

“We are meeting to take stock of our performance as opposition party and strategies to take power from the APC governments failed at state and central level”

“This is our quarterly meeting that involves all state managers, zonal representatives and leaders of the local government party. It is part of our efforts to evaluate our progress and make our direction go on,” he said.

Goronyo rejected the speculations on potential political reallins and possible party fusions before 2027, stating that the PDP will continue to operate pursuant to its current identity.

“The PDP remains the last man standing among the five political parties recorded in 1998. He is a basic party and will continue to operate according to his current identity,” he said
