A total of 15 players trained with the Nigerian senior national team in their first training session in the construction of the World Cup classifying game on Saturday against Rwanda, reports Owngoalnigeria.com.
The team chief coach Eric Chelle had 15 players in assistance, including two of the three guest goalkeepers, which the goalkeeper’s coach tested his steps for about twenty minutes.
Later they joined the rest of the garden players who were 13 years old and were passed through traditional warming exercises, before committing to an exercise supervised by Chelle and their assistants.
The approach focused on the use of the ball in tight spaces, an exercise that lasted about 40 minutes before a mini shooting against the goalkeepers. The essence was to help players shake the stress of flying down for the game.
Tuesday will be a more detailed, tactical and technical session and will only open to the media during the first ten minutes.
