Dida advises Inter Milan to win the Serie A title

AC Milan great Nelson Dida has named Inter Milan as favorites to win this season’s Serie A title.

The former Brazilian goalkeeper made this known despite AC Milan’s 1-0 victory over their arch-rival last weekend.

He also advised AC Milan to continue fighting to be in the top four until the end of the season.

“I think Inter are still the favorites; they are a great team. Milan must continue to give their best, with the aim of remaining in the top four. Of course, there are many games left. Anything can happen.

“The difference with Inter is the result of setbacks against small and medium-sized teams. Against the big ones they showed that they are strong and up to the task, as happened twice against Inter.

“But that level must be maintained in every game. Today they could have been closer to the top.”
