Dogo reveals Kwara United’s ambitious goal for next season

Reflecting on the recently concluded season, in which Kwara United finished 13th, Dogo acknowledged the team’s disappointing performance despite its potential.

The Harmony Boys only managed twelve wins, fifteen draws and lost eleven times.

“We have many quality players in the squad who can make a difference,” said Dogo.

“If you look at last season’s stats, the difference between us and the winners (Rangers) was the number of draws we had, which I’m not happy with.”

Dogo expressed his determination to secure the title in the upcoming season, with the aim of bringing joy to the people of Kwara State.

He also praised the club’s management for their efforts to retain key players and for giving him the autonomy to manage the team effectively.

“The main objective is to win the title next season and put smiles on the faces of the people of Kwara State,” Dogo said.

“The management of Kwara United FC is doing everything possible to retain some quality players who can make a big difference to the team and I must thank them for giving me the freedom to lead the team.”
