EFCC VS. Eezee Tee: the Court of Arrest, the case of updating on May 14th





The Federal Court of Ikoyi, Lagos, has postponed the angry of the Music Manager Gospel Ezekiele Onyedikachi, popularly known as Eezee Tee, in a case presented against him by the Commission for economic and financial crimes (EFCC) on behalf of Singer Mercy Chinwo.

During Thursday, the judge chaired Alexander Owoeye mentioned the administrative procedures as a reason for the delay, leading to an update until May 14, 2025.

Eezee Tee was present in court while the procedure took place. The case, which attracted public attention, revolves around financial and contractual disputes. However, Eezee Tee has maintained his innocence, with his legal team that expresses confidence in a favorable result.

With the update, all parties now await the next phase of the procedure. Other updates to follow as the case develops.
