The eminem hate is real, this album is nice. But its eminem so some people get on the bandwagon
I’d give this a GREAT rating overall. This very much surprised me. My three favourite tracks are EVIL, FUEL & TOBEY.

gc2 shouldve got rid of the last 15 seconds and been the end of disc 1 and the rest shouldve been disc two of songs that didnt have a place on the album storywise

Recovery has aged really badly, despite being a very well made and polished piece of work. I don't think it's solidified like the top three are in his discography
Mid. Just plain old mid. Eminem has always been on the shortlist of most overrated rappers. Not only is he not the GOAT, the whole gimmick never really had any real texture or resonated with real hip hop heads

ever considered the angle that hes soft-parodying himself and what he thinks about slim from that era, like if he were to come back today hes just going to be mentioning christopher reeves every line. Deliberate hyperbole.
