“I have not filed a lawsuit against Ibom Air, contrary to reports circulating. However, I have the right to seek legal compensation in the future, and I consult with my lawyer in the appropriate steps,” he explained in a post distributed on his Instagram page.

Emmanson’s clarification emerged amid increasing media attention, with accurate flight stakeholders urged restraint and reporting on this problem. Meanwhile, Ibom Air has not issued an official response to his latest statement.
