Explorers of ChelseaManchester City and other top European clubs are expected to arrive in Ilorin, Nigeria, for a three-day football exhibition tournament.

The tournament, organised by the Kwara State Government in conjunction with UK-based football agency FA Sport, will be held in Ilorin, the capital of Kwara, from July 15-17, 2024.
Fourteen teams have been selected for the championship, which will be played at the Mainbow of the Kwara State Stadium Complex, Ilorin, Kwara State.
This event aims to uncover the hidden talents of young footballers in the state, with the assistance of the best European talent scouts from prestigious clubs such as Chelsea and Manchester City to spot potential stars.
On Monday, July 15, Kwara Football Academy will take on NA Royal FC, while Abraysports FC will face Dolly P FC. Unicorn Football Academy will also take on Stars Builders Academy, and LAYCON FC will battle La Planet, SGFC Athletics will take on AS Koppan in the afternoon kick-off.
On Tuesday 16 July, Kwara Football Academy will take on Stars Builders Academy once again, while SGFC Athletics will take on Dolly P. The day will also feature matches between Abray Sports and AS Koppan FC, DOHZ Sports Academy and LA Planet, and Barrier FA and Dickalo FC.
On Wednesday, July 17, the selected teams will face each other: Team 1 will face Team 2 and Team 2 will face Team 1.
Each match will consist of two halves of 25 minutes each, totaling 50 minutes of play.
