Evacuate internally again! – Mocks El-Rufai Presidency via SDP Red Card

The president has directed a blow to the former Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai, following the reporting report from the Social Democratic Party (SDP).

The National Work Committee of SDP (NWC) previously on Monday expelled the former governor because of the alleged falsification of party membership documents and relations with other political parties, the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

He was also prohibited for 30 years from identifying or participating in SDP activities.

El-Rufai, a former member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), joined SDP in March because of the Fascah with the Government of the President of the Bola Tinubu.

Since then he has harmonized himself with other political figures, including former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, former Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, and former presidential candidate Labor Party Peter Obi, to adopt ADC in readiness for the 2027 general election.

In a short but pointed post distributed through his X grip on Monday, a special advisor about information and strategies to the President, Bayo Onanuga, wrote: “Internally evacuate again!”

This statement was interpreted by many people as a sarcastic reference for El-Rufai’s recent political difficulties.
