Ezekwugo hails Wike, urges attention on neglected parts of FCT – Blueprint Newspapers Limited

A senatorial candidate for the Federal Capital Territory in the 2023 general elections, Chief Dr. Anthony Ezekwugo, popularly known as Mr Competence, has congratulated the former governor of River state, Chief Nyesom Wike on his appointment as the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory.

Ezekwugo described Wike as the best man for the job to lift FCT from its present level to the standard that befitted it as the most populous nation in Africa.

He expressed confidence in the ability of the new FCT minister to deliver on the job based on the confidence reposed in him and his track record of a achievements in River state as governor for eight years.

While urging the minister to hit the ground running as soon as possible in restoring the distorted Master Plan of the territory, he pointed out that FCT residents have high expectations that Chief Wike would do better than his predecessors in bringing development to every part of the territory, especially, the neglected area councils.

The politician also commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his foresight in choosing Chief Wike as the minister of the territory.

He expressed confidence that Wike will not disappoint Nigerians but will bring to the table his wealth of experience, as an astute administrator, an achiever per excellence and a manger of men and material, to bear in the administration other Federal Capital Territory.
