The Senior Senior Assistant for Public Communications and Social Media at the Minister of the Territory of the Federal Capital (FCT), Lere Olayinka, in the company of the Director of the Administration of the Territory, Chijioke Nwankwoeze and the Department of the Department of Development, Mukhtar Galadima, announced on Friday during a media briefing on Friday.
“Starting from May 26, the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) would begin to exercise the property of over 4,794 properties revoked for non -payment of the land on the ground equal to N6.9 billion,” said Olayinka.
According to him, the affected people were individuals and organizations, who had failed in paying the rent of the land on their properties in the central area, Garki I and II, Wuse I and II, Asakoro, Maitama and Guzape districts between 10 and 43 years.
