  • We recommend that you have a valid email account before starting the application process.
  • Click on the application category below to complete the appropriate form.
  • Click on “Register to Apply” at the top left of the displayed page to continue.
  • Provide all necessary information. Note that * means fields are required.
  • In the “Please solve the captcha…” field, enter the two words displayed. Please enter these words separated by a space before clicking “Get Login Credentials”.
  • An email will be sent immediately to the email address provided (make sure the email provided is your personal address).
  • Open your mail to get the username and password generated by your system that you will use to log in.
  • On https://fceokene-kofa.waeup.org, click on “Login” (top right of the home page).
  • Enter your username and password from the previous email you received to log in.
  • To start the application process, please click on “Edit Application” and provide all required information and upload your passport photo.
  • You can check your registrations before downloading the application form here.
  • To make payment, log in and click on “Modify application file”.
  • At the bottom of the page, click on “Add an online payment ticket”.
  • In the upper left corner of the displayed page, click “College Pay” to initiate payment by ATM or payment card.
