FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC SCHOOL, OFFA [OFFAPOLY] PUBLISHES POST-UTME ADMISSION FORM FOR 2024/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION

Eligible candidates are hereby invited for an online screening exercise for admission into the 2024/2025 academic session into the National Diploma (ND) Full-time, National Diploma (ND) Part-time, National Diploma Open, Distance and Flexible e-Learning (ODFel) and Higher National Diploma Full-time programmes at the Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSIONS EVALUATION

(1) CANDIDATES ELIGIBLE FOR THE FULL-TIME NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND)

All candidates who chose the Federal Polytechnic Office as their first (1st) choice of establishment for the 2024/2025 UTME

All candidates who have changed institutions at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Frankfurt for the 2024/2025 admission.

Candidates must have OBTAINED the minimum score of 100.

Candidates must have the required relevant O’level credit results as contained in the JAMB brochure

And must have uploaded their O level results to JAMB CAPS through a certified CBT centre.

(11) CANDIDATES ELIGIBLE FOR THE PART-TIME NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND)

All candidates must have obtained the part-time National Diploma (ND) form from the Federal Polytechnic Office.

Applicants must have the required relevant O’level credit results including English Language and Mathematics.

Candidates must have registered on JAMB CAPS for regularization of their admissions

Candidates are to print and submit the JAMB regularization forms to the Institute of Continuing Education, Polytechnic.

Candidates should upload their O level results on the polytechnic portal

All candidates must have obtained the national federal polytechnic education diploma Open, Distance and Flexible e-Learning (ODFel).

Applicants must have the required relevant O’level credit results including English Language and Mathematics.

(1V) CANDIDATES ELIGIBLE FOR THE HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND)

All candidates must have obtained the Higher National Diploma (HND) from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology.

Candidates must have obtained and produced the National Diploma result/certificate from NBTE accredited programs and institutions.

Applicants must have the required relevant O’level credit results including English Language and Mathematics.

Candidates with at least a lower credit grade must prove that they have completed a compulsory one-year industrial training, while candidates with a passing grade must also prove that they have completed a compulsory two-year industrial training.

Candidates should upload their O level results and ND level results on the polytechnic portal.

B PROCEDURES FOR ONLINE SCREENING EXERCISE.

All eligible candidates should log on to the polytechnic portal www.fedpoffaonline.edu.ng to carry out the following:

To make payment online

Fill in their contact details and the security form;

Upload their results and other necessary credentials;

Print their security form and mail the inspection slip;

Submit the printed security form PERSONALLY to the Security Office at the Polytechnic Main Campus along Ojoku Road in Offa, Kwara State.

All applicants are required to make an online payment of #2,000 (Two Thousand Naira) using an Interswitch enabled ATM card only.

Candidates should write their full name, surname first, as written on their JAMB RESULT SLIP and O’level results/certificates

AND applicants must have an active personal email address.

CLOSURE OF THE SCREENING EXERCISE

All candidates are to visit the Polytechnic portal www.fedpoffaonline.edu.ng for the screening exercise. The Polytechnic portal will be open for the screening exercise for four (4) weeks from the date of this announcement.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ALL OF THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH ABOVE AND/OR ANY FALSE CLAIM BY CANDIDATES WILL RESULT IN THE DISQUALIFICATION OF SUCH CANDIDATES AND LOSS OF ADMISSION AT ANY TIME IT IS DISCOVERED.
