FIFA ranking: Super Eagles obtain the lowest FIFA classification in six years, leaves the top 5 of Africa

The FIFA World Soccer Governing Agency has published the latest team ranking after the conclusion of games in the last international window, reports Owngoalnigeria.com.

The Super Eagles fell to the 45º in the ranking made today by FIFA, it is their lowest position in more than six years, and despite an undefeated race in the World Cup qualifiers under the new coach Eric Chelle.

They collected victories over Rwanda and forced South Africa to a 1-1 draw away from home, but it was not enough since they also sat sixth in the African continent, behind Morocco, Senegal, Egypt, Algeria and Ivory Coast.
