Flamencos need luck to survive the World Cup qualifier this weekend in South Africa

The female of the National Cadet Team of Nigeria, the former Flamenco coach, Bala Nikiyu, has postulated that the current squad needs great luck to leave victorious against Bantyana of South Africa in the first leg of this weekend of his second round for the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup.

The two -legged winner will choose a ticket in the final round of the qualifiers and will win a step closer to this year’s world cadet, but Nikiyu warned that the Nigerian team will need adequate planning and luck to survive in Pretoria.

However, Sports247 also informs that Nikiyu does not rule out the possibilities that the flamenco be maintained effectively on Saturday at the Lucas Moripe stadium, which he hinted could translate into a victory outside Nigeria, especially if they play and follow the instructions of his coach.

The veteran women’s football tactic, who has also handled some male teams in the Nigerian league, ruled out the concerns of a short camp period that affected the flamingos, since he gave a vote of confidence to his current coach,

Bankole Olowookere, especially after seeing that he had limited time to prepare the team for Saturday’s game.
Nikiyu theorized: “Sometimes, it is not the period of camping the problem. It’s more about doing the right thing … maybe go out at the right time, and luck is there for you. “

Nikiyu also said that it would be a mistake to compare the short period of Flamingo in the camp with the long -term stay enjoyed Bantyana, since he believes that coach Olowooke knows his onions and should be able to navigate a winning route for the flamingos in Pretoria.

“I don’t want to know if South Africa has been camping for two, three months or whatever. What I know is that you need to have a good team and then I hope that luck is not against you.

“I know he has a good team, and he can bear the test of time, by the special grace of God. The problem is not the time frame. It is effective and good preparation. I will also pray to come out on a better day and get a good result, ”said coach Nikiyu.
