Flying Eagles star, Sulaiman Alabi Jojo, receives the heroic welcome in Kwara

The midfielder of the warriors Flying Eagles and Elkanemi de Nigeria, Sulaiman Alabi Jojo, was the center of attention on Monday at the Bowl Main Rashidi Yekini of the General Agbasika Innih Stadium in Ilorin.

His return to his native state coincided with the clash of the 22nd day of NPFL between Kwara United and the Elkanemi warriors.

Despite the 2-0 defeat of his team, Alabi caused a strong impression after being introduced in the second half. The young midfielder completed 13 of 15 passes, achieving an impressive precision of 86%.

Alabi, a key figure in the Flying Eagles de Nigeria team that won the WAFU-B Championship in October 2024 under coach Aliyu Zubairu, has also played an important role in the success of the Elkanemi Warriors.

His contributions helped the team to ensure the promotion to the NPFL of the National League of Nigeria (NNL) and claim the Federation Cup of the President (FA Cup) in Lagos last year.

In the final beep, fans, relatives and supporters flooded the field to celebrate it, singing their name in recognition of their ascending profile and achievements.

With his continuous actions, Sulaiman Alabi Jojo is widely considered as a promising talent for the future of Nigerian football.
