The organization emphasizes that although the search for a professional football career is admirable and encouraged, having an support plan is not a sign of surrendering, it is a forecast signal.

“In the footprints of greatness, we are not trying to move away football or sports from young talents, we are adding value to their future,” said a spokesman. “Vocational training offers players a sustainable path even if life takes unexpected twists.”

The program is strategically designed to ensure that players can pursue both dreams simultaneously. The conferences are carried out from 9 am to 2 pm at the Center for the Acquisition of State Skills of Lakes Nearers, with flexibility that allows players to participate in games, exploration events and key accessories, provided they maintain at least 80% of class assistance. Depending on the chosen course, vocational programs last 6, 9 or 12 months.

At the end, players receive empowerment and support tools to launch their trades, from the design of fashion and ICT to carpentry and electric work, giving them practical ways to prosper beyond the football field.

The initiative also requires Grassroots Club owners to adopt a proactive position. “Prioritizing the interests of the players beyond launch is the best leadership sample,” reads the statement.

“When players are empowered with skills outside football, they are still active for themselves, their families and their communities, they often return as sponsors, mentors and followers.”

The footprints of greatness are establishing a precedent for the holistic development of the players, ensuring that either in the field or out of the ordinary, these young athletes are equipped to succeed.
