For Trump, the Performative Presidential Presidential Clear – In this war ‘in’ may be easier than ‘out’ | World News

Make no mistake, this is a big moment. Donald Trump has done what he said he would not do – he went to war in the Middle East.

He will hope that this will be a short, sharp clinical war, for America.

The war “Entering and Out”, fighting from 35,000 feet with B2 aircraft and Bunker Bunker bombs that will send trembling through Iran’s leadership which has been kneeling by Israel.

But when it comes to this type of war, “in” it is much easier than “out”.

Of course, Iran might only accept defeat and roll. They can decide the game has run out and negotiate a way out.

But what if, because they threatened, they didn’t?

Iran threatens the army and American citizens

What if a protracted and intense retaliation and includes an increase in attacks on US interest?

What if the US troops were killed and injured in their base that is now well understood in the region?

What if Iran closes the Hormuz Strait, or launches a terror attack against the US target, killing residents and causing chaos?

So, it is very possible, that Trump is further attracted.

What if Iran takes what is left of their nuclear project but further underground and go for bombs?

It does not require a big leap for imagination to see that it could mean Trump’s government feels encouraged to place troops on the ground to complete work, and maybe the regime itself.

Then it starts to look like Iraq again … just worse.

If the regime’s change is a plan, we have been here before. I saw it directly in 2003 in Iraq, and that was not beautiful.

In 2002, after the 9/11 attack, there was a loud voice that called on the overthrow of Saddam Hussein and removed the killer regime and the weapon of the mass destruction it should be

Neo-conservative figures in the United States see the opportunity to “revolutionize the dynamics of strength throughout the Middle East”.

It is estimated that the Syrians, and Iran – Iran – will not tolerate tyranny in their own country “freedom” has come to Iraq.

In September 2002, a president of George Bush who was shaken said that much: “Iraqi people can eliminate their detention.

“They can one day join a democratic Afghanistan and democratic Palestinian, inspire reforms throughout the Muslim world.”

How empty the words are today.

In March 2003, US and British troops invaded, and I was among many journalists who went with them or who followed them.

With my camera team, we crossed the desert border of Kuwait and entered the South Iraqi battlefield.

Very fast, clear to me and all people who were not fought for by the Iraqi military or surrender, but rather, they only melted.

They have released their uniforms, but not their weapons.

They published their time, formed their militias, put mine after I was on the land they knew well, and launched a rebellion attack on an attacking troops who immediately asked what they did there.

The regime had collapsed, and Saddam Hussein was then found hiding in a profit -shaped hole near Tikrit.

He was tried and executed.

But what replaced it was the chaos of violence, and Iraq became a deadly hole of hell where many years of bloody violence claimed the county of troops.

Changes in the regime are difficult to calibrate. Transition to a stable democracy in Iran will be the most desired result by many people in the West, but that is not one that can be guaranteed at all.

Where is the political movement waiting to take over? Where is the leadership in waiting which will bring stability, security and democracy? Unclear in Iran.

The worst scenario is a chaotic collapse. Instead of peace transition to a new orderly government, it is more likely to be a disaster degradation from state institutions and plunged into wholesale disorders.

In Iraq, it caused years of violence rebellion, which ensured a big problem for British and US troops. In Iran, the potential to be much worse.

You can have the remnants of the Iranian Guards Revolutionary Corps (IRGC) which form militias armed with weaponry deposits, including missiles and drones.

You can have a criminal network or public security police that are very hated, or both, decide to make an establishment.

Sirene in Israel as Iran replied

Each war is different, but the same, is foolishness to ignore history. When the American bombs were dropped in the Middle East, the consequences were unpredictable and might not be controlled.

Trump knows that. Some why he promised to guard America from endless conflicts.

But his determination to pay for what he believed was Iran’s dangerous nuclear ambition had proven a greater encouragement.

He will expect American involvement to end here. He will be lucky if that happens. But the danger won’t.

For Trump, this Performative Presidential president became real.
