Former Chairman of the Berk, Sam Amadi, warned the coalition led by Atiku about Tinubu’s ‘Dark Politics’

A former Chairman of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), Sam Amadi, has warned the opposition alliance led by former Vice President Atiku Abubakar to remain aware of the use of the Mahir of the Tinubu Bola President for what he called “dark politics.

“Amadi, also the director of Abuja’s Social and Political Mind School, said that on a television morning program that appeared on Monday that the coalition was strategically and the organization was fragile ahead of the 2027 presidential election.

He stated doubts about the current opposition cohesion compared to a more disciplined approach and aimed at the Congress of All Progressive (APC) during the 2015 campaign.

He argued that at that time, party leaders had a clear hierarchy – the substantial voter base of General Muhammadu Buhari did not need to be questioned and allowed for United’s action.

“In 2015, politicians understood who should lead. Buhari consistently secured more than nine million votes even in defeat, and the party gathered behind him. Today, the ego crisis is clear; everyone seems to compete for personal excellence rather than collective victory,” the former boss recorded.

Amadi, who highlighted the mastery of Tinubu’s political maneuvers, warned that the ruling party would likely exploit divisions in the opposition camp through infiltration and reasons.

“We must expect more betrayal, agents planted, and media manipulation. APC learns from its own success and the failure of PDP.

“Now they use political art with skills and a little restraint,” he observed.

Amadi also emphasized the absence of a unifying ideology or a single goal in the alliance.

He noted that, unlike previous APC involvement with civil society and media, the current coalition seemed disturbed by individual ambitions and did not have cohesive leadership.

“What is really true that this coalition is fought for? The diversity of their interests and hopes damaged the clear mission to issue this government,” he said.
